Beautifully fresh and reductive nose with a layer of chalk, touch of toast and strip or two of candied lemon peel. Just hiding away on the back end of the nose is this brilliantly acidic green apple note. The palate is text book vibrant, tense, generous and nicely textured with a great little toasty layer which gives a real sense of weight and structure to the mid to late. The
