Inspiration: Named after the Wicked Witch of the West herself, as so memorably portrayed by the great Margaret Hamilton! This polish can be worn on its own in 2 3 coats, and looks best with a glossy top coat. It can also be layered over other polishes (we recommend blue, black, or gold) for
