This is great in any green deck, but it gets even better in a Werewolf deck, because if the creature you put into play is either a Wolf or Werewolf, you can untap the Piper and do it all again
This being said, Golgari Midrange deserves mention as well because it narrowly misses having some more cards on the list thanks to our $5 and $2.50 cutoffs, with two copies of Woodland Cemetery (worth about $4.75 each) and four copies of Merfolk Branchwalker (about $1.75 each as an uncommon)
