Im not sure where Skysovereign, Consul Flagship will fit in Standard, and its facing heavy competition at the five-drop slot from other mythics in the format, but the card is powerful and the (literal) Flagship of the set, so Im not counting it out
It doesn't target, getting around opponents that have hexproof, and if you have four extra mana, it'll mill each opponent for half their library, rounded up
It's a lot less complicated than it sounds, and just means that Wolverine needs to be defeated in one hit, be that with a spell or via combat damage
This creates an interesting strategy where players can risk big plays early on but may have it come back and bite them
