In that sort of a role Remand is the vastly more desirable card, you want countermagic to deal with stuff cheaply and efficiently, you play card advantage spells to provide the late game inevitability and so you are just harming your own disruptive power by trying to combine the two into one overcost card

King Suleiman ($161) King Suleiman was probably quite good when it was first printed, and djinn/efreets were more common to see, but these days its just pure nostalgia (and Reserved List, obviously!)

While the original printing of this card isnt too brutal (unless youre looking at the foil), the Secret Lair drop has the card at $47
