They can be stacked with just about anything like your childrens birthstones, or just a fun set of different shapes and different gemstones. The possibilities are endless. This particular set is made in 14k solid yellow gold with 2mm brilliant cut diamond set in a round bezel. Two thin bands guard either side of the diamond ring.
