That is what we did for 16 weeks of the Fall / Winter Lift cycles:

This yields 9 weeks of Calisthenics / Cardio (running progression) and 3 weeks of Strength (running deload) focus in a 12-week timeline plus a testing / evaluation week

The first six weeks of this plan will maintain your mileage at 25 miles per week and the final six weeks of this plan will drop the total running volume down to 20 miles a week (but all faster miles)
